But in our initial meeting, I restored their faith in the real estate market as I presented a detailed plan of action to get the house SOLD with specific strategies tailored for their property. It was music to their ears. Within 44 days, I generated 1-2 showings per week. In week 6, their property was under contract!

And I did just that … sold the property in 6 days and got $425K their asking price. I was available to each of them around the clock – effective communication throughout the process to all parties was critical!

This business-savvy client was seeking the best possible deal for his next purchase that would generate a higher rate of appreciation to add to his portfolio of long-term investment properties.
